1300 Ice Cube a fridge & air-conditioning repair company located in Sydney. We specialise in domestic and commercial repairs of any types of Fridges and air conditioners. I established my business in 2010 as a sole trader, owner operator. I was the sole person in the business, answering calls and also completing the work as well.
For the first 2 years marketing was fairly easy. Posting an ad up in the local newspapers was great. This quickly changed when the competition grew. I faced a challenge in looking for other avenues to generate leads to keep me going. I knew that I had to move with the times and get a website. Little did I know having a website was the smallest thing required as I needed people to actually find my website.
I was introduced to the i-ADS NZ team in 2012. What I love most about i-ADS NZ is the ease of the relationship. They understand my budget and plan moving forward. We began really small and slowly ramped up our budget as we grew as a company. What was refreshing was the growth was measured. We quickly established how much our cost per lead and cost per booking was. This allowed us to set KPIs internally for growth.
